               The Neiman Marcus Group Declares Quarterly Dividend



    DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2005--The Neiman Marcus Group,
Inc. (NYSE:NMG.A) (NYSE:NMG.B) announced today that its Board of
Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share
for its Class A and Class B common stock, payable on May 13, 2005, to
shareholders of record at close of business on April 29, 2005.
