On February 28, 2006 Tower Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing its
results of operations for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005. A copy of
the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is
incorporated by reference to this Item 2.02 as if fully set forth herein.
