On March 3, 2006, Iowa Telecommunications Services, Inc. issued a
press release to report its results of operations and financial
condition for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31,
2005. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to
this Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
