ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On March 31, 2006, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. issued a press release (the
"Press Release") in which the Company reaffirmed its prior earnings guidance for
the fiscal year ended January 28, 2006 ("fiscal 2005") and that a conference
call is re-scheduled for April 13, 2006 to review the fiscal year 2005 operating
results. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
