Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 30, 2007, Possis Medical, Inc., announced that it has
received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to
market its AngioJet(R) Spiroflex(R) rapid exchange catheter to remove
blood clots (thrombus) from coronary arteries. A copy of the press
