Item 8.01. Other Events
On March 6, 2007, Muzak LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Muzak
Holdings LLC, announced it has engaged Bear Stearns & Co. to reduce the rate and
extend the maturity on its Credit Facility, dated as of April 15, 2005. The
facility is currently scheduled to mature on April 15, 2008.
