On April 24, 2007, Harrington West Financial Group, Inc. (the
"Company") announced by press release its earnings for the first quarter ended
March 31, 2007. The press release also discloses a cash dividend for the first
quarter. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
