ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On April 25, 2007, Edgewater Technology, Inc. (the "Company") reported its
results of operations for its first quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the
press release issued by the Company concerning the foregoing results is
furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in
its entirety.
