On April 25, 2007, Willis Group Holdings Limited ("WGHL") issued a press
release reporting results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the

On April 26, 2007, WGHL held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") at
the School of Risk Management at St. John's University in New York City. A copy
