Item 7.01: Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 14, 2007, Lew Frankfort, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Coach, Inc., cancelled the remainder of his existing trading plan, pursuant to
Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act, in which he had previously planned
to sell a total of 250,000 shares of Coach common stock starting this week.
The information in this report, being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form
8-K, shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise
