ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On November 8, 2007, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press
release (the "Press Release") in which the Company announced, among other
things, its sales results for the third quarter of fiscal 2007. A copy of the
Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
