ITEM 8.01 Other Events
On November 8, 2007, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release (the "Press Release") in which the Company announced the kick off
of its annual Miracle Tie Collection program, in which it raises funds for the
Johns Hopkins Children's Center. A copy of the Press Release is attached as
Exhibit 99.1.
