ITEM 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 14, 2007, DRI Corporation announced that third quarter 2007
sales exceeded $13.9 million, as compared to $12.4 million on comparable sales
for the same period a year ago.
In the same press release, the Company announced its outlook for fourth
quarter 2007, fiscal year 2007, and the long term.
In the same press release, the Company noted that a conference call to
discuss third quarter 2007 results will occur on November 14, 2007, at 11 a.m.
(Eastern).
