prescribed time period.
The registrant's Form 10-K for the period ended June 30, 2010, could not be
filed within the prescribed time period due to communication delays in obtaining
final review and approval of the 10-K report from overseas directors of the
registrant who reside in Europe and Pakistan, respectively. Such delays could
not be eliminated by the registrant without unreasonable effort or expense.
