MetaSource Group Acquires Five Companies New York, July 15, 2002-- MetaSource Group, currently a listed company on the OTCBB under the symbol MSGR, announces the acquisition of MetaSource Systems, Inc. (MS),Digit London, Global Systems and Technologies, Kensington Group, Inc., PFA Research and Prime Marketing Publications. Each acquired company produces software, strategic marketing services or technology consulting for large, medium and small businesses. Mechanics of Each Acquisition MS and MetaSource Systems UK have merged their companies. The surviving company is MS. MSGR formed a subsidiary to effect a merger with MS.
