ITEM 2.03. CREATION OF A DIRECT FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

On June 9, 2011, Domark International, Inc. amended its existing credit facility
of $75,000 with a private lender as follows:

a.   The existing amount of the line was increased to $150,000, with a new
     maturity date of October 15, 2011.

b.   The Company agreed to pay an amendment fee of $10,000.

c.   All other terms of the line remained the same.
