TTR Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a
press release announcing the appointment of Richard Rosenblum to its Board of
Directors.
Mr. Rosenblum is replacing former Company Board member, Neil Subin, who
resigned from the Company's Board effective September 3, 2003.
