(NASDAQ: ELAM), a diversified manufacturing services company with food services, plastics and metals operations and real estate holdings in Mexico and the United States, today announced the appointment of Sam L. Henry as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Henry began his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1973. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting with High Honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. Elamex's former CFO Thomas Benson resigned from the Company last month.
