                             APPOINTMENT OF ADVISER

The Board of Baltimore announces that, under Rule 3 of the City Code on
Takeovers and Mergers, Shore Capital & Corporate Ltd. has been appointed
adviser to the Company, with immediate effect.

KBC Peel Hunt remains as the Company's Broker.
