The Company has been notified that The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. holds 22,644
ordinary shares of 125 pence each in the Company, representing 5.26 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company. 53 of these shares are registered in
the name of Goldman Sachs Securities (Nominees) Limited, and 22,591 of these
shares are registered in the name of CREPTEMP.
