Advantus Index 500 Fund, Inc. was reorganized into the fund identified on or
about December 8, 2003. The surviving fund has filed the proxy voting record for
the entire reporting period ending June 30, 2004. The surviving fund filed Form
N-PX on approximately August 31, 2004 with an amendment approximately September
8, 2004. Form N-PX and the proxy voting record for this fund, can be accessed by
utilizing the surviving fund information set forth hereafter. Advantus Index 500
