Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
The Company announced the distribution agreement with Mexcor Importers &
Distributors, Inc. which is a beverage and spirits distributor located in Texas.
The distribution contract includes annual minimum purchase quotas. The
agreement covers Straight Up Vodka, Flavored Vodkas, Cognac, Tequila, and The
Compnay's premium cocktail line.
