WORLD WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (THE "COMPANY") IS WAITING FOR THE
COMPLETION OF ITS UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT TO BE INCLUDED IN ITS REPORT ON
FORM 10-Q FOR THE QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31, 2003. THE COMPLETION OF SUCH REPORT
HAS BEEN DELAYED DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL RESPONSE TIME NEEDED BY THE COMPANY TO
COMPLETE ITS REVIEW OF CERTAIN ITEMS IN CONNECTION WITH ITS OPERATIONS. THE
COMPANY INTENDS TO FILE ITS REPORT ON FORM 10-Q FOR THE QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31,
2003 PROMPTLY AFTER THE REVIEW OF SUCH INFORMATION.

The Registrant's sales for the three-month period ended March 31, 2003 were
lower than such sales during the three months ended March 31, 2002.
It is anticipated that the Registrant will incur a net loss for the
three-month period ended March 31, 2003, and a net loss per share, which will be
lower than the loss, and the net loss per share, for the quarter ended March 31,
2002.
