FOR PERIOD JULY 1, 2003 TO JUNE 30, 2004
During the period July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004, Excelsior Absolute Return Fund
Fund of Funds Master Fund, LLC did not receive any proxy soliciations.
Therefore, no proxy votes were cast during the period.
