ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On November 7, 2005, Pericom Semiconductor Corporation issued a press release
announcing earnings for the fiscal first quarter ended October 1, 2005. A copy
of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
