ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On November 14, 2005, Service Corporation International issued a press release
reporting its financial results for the third quarter of 2005. A copy of this
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated
herein by reference.
