On March 7, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. EST, Perma-Fix Environmental
Services, Inc. (the "Company") will hold a conference call broadcast
live over the Internet. A press release dated February 28, 2006,
announcing the conference call, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and is incorporated herein by reference. A transcript of the
conference call will also be available on the Company's web page at
www.perma-fix.com.
On March 7, 2006, the Company issued a press release to report its
financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31,
2005. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
