ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On May 22, 2006, Anchor BanCorp issued a press release announcing its financial
results for the 4th quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2006. A copy of the
