ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On May 24, 2006, Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing the Company's financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal
year ended April 30, 2006. A copy of the Company's press release is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
