On December 11, 2006, Almost Family, Inc. (the "Registrant"), announced the
authorization and approval of a two-for-one stock split effected in the form of
a dividend on the Company's Common Stock. Shares of the Common Stock will be
issued on January 8, 2007, to all stockholders of record as of the close of
business on December 27, 2006. For more information, see the Company's press
release, dated December 11, 2006, which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
