ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On January 31, 2007, Pericom Semiconductor Corporation issued a press release
announcing earnings for the fiscal first quarter ended December 30, 2006. A copy
of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
