On September 28, 2007, the Board of Directors of Bonfire Productions, Inc.
(the "Company") appointed Ms. Nadezda Maximova as a director of the Company.
Ms. Maximova will also serve as the Company's Secretary, Treasurer and Chief
Financial Officer.
