PART III - NARRATIVE
State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K,
20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or
portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The Tactical Investment Series Trust is unable to file its Annual Report
for the TFA Tactical Income Fund, Tactical Moderate Allocation Fund,
Tactical Growth Allocation Fund, TFA Quantitative Fund, TFA
Multidimensional Fund and TFA AlphaGen Growth Fund on Form N-CSR for the
year ended December 31, 2021 (the "Annual Report") without unreasonable
effort and expense because it requires more time to compile and review
the information included in the Annual Report. This was due to a
delay in receiving certain files from the prior administrator. The
Trust anticipates that it will file the Annual Report on Form N-CSR
on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed
due date.
