NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

Pursuant to the Business Reorganization which became effective on March 05, 2021, each share of Cosan Limited Class A Common Shares was converted into 1.29401595263 of Cosan S.A. American Depositary Shares.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading before market opened on March 08, 2021.
