NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The New York Stock Exchange hereby notifies the SEC of its intention to remove the entire class of the stated securities from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on October 14, 2024, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (a).

Pursant to the Reorganization, which became effective before market open on October 2, 2024 each share of of Old BlackRock, Inc. common stock was converted automatically into one share of New BlackRock, Inc. common stock. This Form 25 is being filed solely in connection with the discontinuation of trading on the NYSE of OLD BLK (CUSIP: 09247X101) and does not affect the continued listing on the NYSE of NEW BLK (CUSIP: 09290D101).

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on October 2, 2024.
