NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger agreement between Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation and The First Bancshares, Inc. became effective on April 3, 2020.  Each Share of Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation Common Stock was exchanged for One (1.00) share of The First Bancshares, Inc. Common Stock.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on April 03, 2020.
