NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

NYSE American LLC hereby notifies the SEC of its intention to remove the entire class of the stated securities from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on July 13, 2020, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (a).

The merger between Alio Gold Inc. and Argonaut Gold Inc. became effective before the open on July 1, 2020. Each Common Share of Alio Gold Inc. was converted into 0.67 of a Common Share of Argonaut Gold Inc.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on July 01, 2020.
