The merger bewteen Adams Resources & Energy Inc and ARE Acquisition Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tres Energy LLC, became effective on February 04, 2025. Each share of Adams Resources & Energy Inc Common Stock was converted into USD 38.00 in cash.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on February 05, 2025.
