NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

NYSE Arca hereby notifies the SEC of its intention to remove the entire class of the stated securities from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on June 08, 2020, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (a).

The merger of Exchange Listed Funds Trust's Knowledge Leaders Developed World ETF and Investment Managers Series Trust's Knowledge Leaders Developed World ETF became effective after the close on May 22, 2020. Shares of Exchange Listed Funds Trust's Knowledge Leaders Developed World ETF were converted into shares equal in aggregate net asset value at the time of the exchange to the aggregate net asset value of shares of Investment Managers Series Trust's Knowledge Leaders Developed World ETF.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on May 26, 2020.
