Item 5. OTHER EVENTS
On December 17, 2003, the Utah Public Service Commission (UPSC) granted PacifiCorp $65 million of additional annual revenues following an all-parties settlement to the general rate case. In addition, the UPSC order provides a return on equity of 10.7%. The new rates are effective April 1, 2004. The order will lead to an average overall price increase in Utah of approximately 7%.
