There are various risks and uncertainties associated with the proposed transaction with affiliates of Vista Equity Partners.

Management Discussion

The comparability of periods covered by our financial statements is impacted by recent acquisitions. In the first half of 2022, we acquired substantially all the assets of Paper Crane and the outstanding equity of one additional acquisition. During the second quarter of 2021, we acquired substantially all the assets of Davo and the outstanding equity of Inposia. During the third quarter of 2021, we acquired substantially all the assets of 3CE Technologies. During the fourth quarter of 2021, we acquired substantially all the assets of Track1099 LLC and of CrowdReason Limited Liability Company and CorrelationAdvisors LLC (see Note 4 in the Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements).
