Urban Barns Foods (URBF) Inactive

We were incorporated as HL Ventures Inc. on May 21, 2007 under the laws of the State of Nevada and changed our company name to Urban Barns Foods Inc. on July 22, 2009. . On December 4, 2009, we acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Urban Barns Foods (Canada) Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta on July 3, 2009 and continued as a federal Canadian corporation on November 12, 2012, pursuant to a share exchange agreement dated October 9, 2009. As a result, Urban Barns Foods (Canada) Inc. became our wholly owned subsidiary. On June 2, 2011, we acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Non Industrial Manufacture Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta on February 10, 2010, pursuant to a share exchange agreement dated May 2, 2011. As a result, Non Industrial Manufacture Inc. also became our wholly owned subsidiary. Our principal executive office is located at 13,000 Chemin Bélanger, Mirabel, Québec, Canada J7J 2N8.
