- Our principal source of revenue is hotel revenue, consisting of room and other related revenue. For the three months ended June 30, 2019 and 2018, we had total hotel revenue of $62.5 million and $64.8 million, respectively. For the six months ended June 30, 2019 and 2018, we had total hotel revenue of $115.2 million and $120.6 million, respectively. The decline was primarily related to $4.3 million and $9.0 million in revenue attributable to the Sold Properties that was earned during the three and six months ended June 30, 2018, respectively, but not earned in 2019 due to the disposition of the Sold Properties. The decrease was partially offset by an increase in revenues at the Comparable Properties during the three and six months ended June 30, 2019. The increase in revenues was largely attributable to a 3.6% increase in ADR year over year at the Comparable Properties.
