Management Discussion
- Subscription revenue accounted for 90% and 86% of our total revenue for the three months ended January 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Subscription revenue increased by $13.4 million, or 23%, for the three months ended January 31, 2024, compared to the same period last year. Approximately 29% and 12%, respectively, of the total subscription revenue was attributable to revenue from new customers, and the remaining 71% and 88%, respectively, was attributable to revenue from existing customers for the three months ended January 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
- Subscription revenue accounted for 88% and 89% of our total revenue for the nine months ended January 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Subscription revenue increased by $24.6 million, or 14%, for the nine months ended January 31, 2024, compared to the same period last year. Approximately 19% and 9%, respectively, of the total subscription revenue was attributable to revenue from new customers, and the remaining 81% and 91%, respectively, was attributable to revenue from existing customers for the nine months ended January 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
