?Management Discussion
- The Company had net losses of $490 thousand and $556 thousand for the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively. Compared to prior year, the results for 2023 reflect decreases in total operating revenues partially offset by reductions in total operating expenses and other losses.
- Total operating revenues declined by $256 thousand due to the absence of sales of lease assets during 2023 and reductions in both net operating lease revenue and other revenue. The absence of lease asset sales activity during the current year resulted in a $202 thousand year over year decrease in gains realized on sales of lease assets. Moreover, net operating lease revenue declined by $31 thousand as a result of lease run-off and the impact of prior year asset dispositions on current year revenues; while other revenue decreased by $23 thousand due to a year over year decline in deferred maintenance fees charged on certain returned equipment.
- Total operating expenses declined by $101 thousand primarily due to lower professional fees, interest expense, bank charges, depreciation expense, and cost reimbursements to Managing Member and/or affiliates. These decreases were partially offset by an increase in outside services.
