On June 9, 2022, DaVita Inc. (the "Company") held its virtual 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders ("Annual Meeting"). Represented virtually or by proxy at the Annual Meeting were 84,971,250 shares of the Company’s common stock, or 89.37% of its outstanding shares of common stock as of April 14, 2022, the record date of the Annual Meeting.
