On August 16, 2007, PainCare Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release reporting the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, and stating that, due to the Company’s effectuation of numerous dispositions of physician practices during the quarter resulting in the need for additional time to complete the associated accounting and financial reporting, the Company anticipates filing its Form 10-Q for the 3 months ended June 30, 2007, no later than August 21, 2007.
A copy of the press release is furnished, with the exception of the statement regarding the filing of the Company’s 10-Q which is to be considered filed under the Exchange Act, as Exhibit 99.1.
