Valmont Industries, Inc. issued a press release on February 21, 2020 updating information in its prior earnings release issued on February 19, 2020 for the Company’s fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2019. The press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
