On July 27, 2022, Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding its preliminary results of operations and financial condition for the three months ended June 30, 2022. The text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The Company will include final financial statements and additional analyses for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as part of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
