Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 29, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company issued a press release announcing its earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. Additionally, the Company announced the approval by its Board of Directors of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.115 per share payable on February 28, 2020 to stockholders of record on February 14, 2020. A copy of that press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
